The Annual Day celebration of MJCE was held with great enthusiasm and grandeur on 12th December, 2024, at Chembur Fine Arts Auditorium. The event marked a significant milestone in the academic calendar, showcasing the talent, achievements, and vibrant spirit of the college community. The programme commenced at 12 p.m. with a warm welcome address to the dignitaries, teachers and audience followed by a cultural programme.
The cultural extravaganza began with a mesmerizing classical dance performance of Ms.Tanushka Pawar that set the tone for the programme. The cultural program showcased the essence of Madhuri Dixit’s versatility. Students performed iconic dance numbers like “Ek Do Teen,” “Mera Piya ghar aaya, Oh re Piya etc,” mesmerizing the audience with their energy, grace, and attention to detail. Apart from cultural performances, the event honored meritorious students for their academic achievements. The event concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks. The Annual Day celebration of MJCE 2024, dedicated to Madhuri Dixit, left an indelible impression on everyone, blending glamour, talent, and heartfelt admiration for an icon who epitomizes grace and excellence.

Annual Day celebration at Mahatma Junior College is a cornerstone event in the academic calendar. Annual Day celebrations was a vibrant and essential tradition at Mahatma Junior College. It encapsulated the essence of education by celebrating not just academic excellence, but also creativity, talent and community spirit. It was indeed a day of joy, pride, and unity, reflecting the achievements of the past year and inspiring future success.
On 23rd December 2022, Mahatma Junior College of Education celebrated its Annual Day Program. Parents were also invited to witness the spectacular event. The event began with the lighting of lamp by Dr. K. M. Vasudevan Pillai Sir, followed by prayer and various cultural shows such as prayer song, duet dance and group dance displaying the hidden talent of each student.
After the cultural events, another important event i.e. Prize Distribution Ceremony took place felicitating our Meritorious students for the remarkable academic achievements. The event ended with students introducing friends and their family with each other.
It was an unforgettable event of the year!!!!
MJCE celebrated the Annual Day Function on 17th December, 2019 with great enthusiasm and zeal. The theme was Rhythm 2019 which was presented meticulously by First year and Second Year DEl.Ed. The journey showcased the different types of folk dances of India, a mime on women empowerment followed by felicitation of meritorius students for their academic excellence and finally vote of thanks.
