Orientation day in D.Ed. College isn’t just a procedural welcome, it’s a dynamic, thoughtful onboarding experience. Its balanced information, interaction and inspiration, making new D.El.Ed students feel ready, seen and excited for the journey ahead. Orientation Day at Mahatma Junior college was celebrated at 10th July 2025 to welcome the new batch of students and introduce them to the college, faculty, and academic programs. This event gave an overview of the Diploma in Elementry Education (D.El.Ed.) course, teaching methodologies, and the importance of the teaching profession. Students were familiarized with the college facilities, rules, and extracurricular activities. Motivational talks by the principal, senior faculty, were delivered to begin their journey as future teachers. It sets a positive tone and helps students feel comfortable and connected with the institution.
